Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — you and your family are welcome. New patients of every age are being seen at Culpeper Dental Care. Call 540-418-0825 or request a visit online to plan your first appointment.
What insurance do you accept?
Your plan is likely welcome here — Delta Dental, Cigna, United Concordia, MetLife, Aetna, Anthem, Guardian, Humana, and most other major dental plans. Your claim is filed for you and benefits are applied directly, so you only pay your portion at the visit.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
Ask about the Virginia Dental Club. One flat annual fee covers two cleanings, two exams, and all x-rays — plus 20–30% off most other treatments. No claim forms, no waiting periods.
Do you offer same-day emergency appointments?
Yes. Dr. Sanie keeps emergency time open every clinical day. If you're in pain, call 540-418-0825 and we'll work to see you the same day.
What age should my child first see a dentist?
The American Dental Association recommends a first visit by age 1, or within six months of the first tooth coming in. We make pediatric visits calm and never scary.
Are you a Platinum Invisalign provider?
Yes — Dr. Sanie is a Platinum Plus Invisalign Provider, recognized by Align Technology for the volume and complexity of cases he has completed. He has guided hundreds of Culpeper-area patients through clear-aligner treatment, including complex cases other practices have turned away.
What are your hours?
Clinical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — that's when Dr. Sanie and the team are seeing patients in person. Appointment scheduling is open 24/7 by phone or online, so you can request a visit any time, day or night.
