Cleanings & exams in Culpeper

Most patients benefit from a cleaning and exam every six months. During the cleaning, your hygienist removes plaque and tartar (calculus) from the tooth surfaces — including the spots a toothbrush can’t reach. The exam looks for cavities, gum disease, oral cancer signs, bite issues, and the early-warning signs of bigger problems. The whole visit usually takes 60–75 minutes.
