Step 1 — Schedule your first visit

Call 540-418-0825 or use our online scheduling form. New patient exams typically book within one to two weeks. Tell us if you’re in pain or have an urgent issue — we hold time every day for same-day emergency visits.

Step 2 — Complete your forms

We’ll send you a link to complete your patient registration and health history online ahead of your visit. It takes about 10 minutes. Doing it at home means more chair time for the actual exam — and one less clipboard at the front desk.

Forms can also be printed from our forms page if you’d rather fill them out by hand and bring them with you.

Step 3 — Verify your insurance

If you have dental insurance, send us a photo of your card ahead of time (or bring it to your visit). We’ll verify your benefits and have a clear estimate ready before any treatment beyond the exam.

Step 4 — Transfer your records

If you’ve seen another dentist within the past few years, ask their office to send your most recent x-rays and records to us. It can save you from retaking images. We’re happy to send the request on your behalf — just give us the previous office’s name and number.

Step 5 — Show up a few minutes early

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so we have time for a warm welcome, a quick check-in, and any final paperwork. Free parking is available right in front of our office at 563 James Madison Hwy #102 in Culpeper.

What you’ll need on arrival

• Photo ID
• Insurance card (if applicable)
• List of medications and any medical conditions
• Method of payment for any patient portion
• For minors — a parent or guardian present
