Dr. Sanie does most procedures himself, in this office — including things many practices refer out, like root canals and implants — so you keep the same dentist from start to finish.
You won’t be handed off to a different provider every visit. You won’t be double-booked. You won’t feel like a number. That’s by design.

Dr. Sanie has built his practice around two simple ideas: take the time to listen, and treat every patient with the time and attention they deserve. He handles most procedures in-house — including non-surgical root canals, dental implants, and complex restorative work — so you don’t have to be referred from office to office.
As an experienced Invisalign provider, he’s helped hundreds of Culpeper patients straighten their smiles without metal braces. And when emergencies happen, he’ll work to see you the same day.
