We start by listening, to your goals, your concerns, and how your mouth feels day to day. Then we do a thorough exam: digital imaging, photos, bite analysis, and a careful look at your jaw joint, gums, and existing restorations. From there, Dr. Sanie builds a phased treatment plan that sequences procedures in the right order so each step supports the next.

Procedures that may be involved

• Periodontal therapy and ARESTIN treatment to get your gums healthy first
• Dental implants to replace missing teeth
• Crowns, bridges, inlays, and onlays to rebuild damaged teeth
• Non-surgical root canal therapy for teeth worth saving
• Cosmetic refinements, veneers, bonding, or whitening, to finish the look
• A nightguard or bite appliance to protect everything we just built

Reconstruction takes time, usually months, sometimes longer, and it’s a real investment. We’ll give you a clear, written treatment plan with cost broken out by phase. Many patients use a combination of insurance, CareCredit, the Virginia Dental Club, and our 0% interest payment plans to make it manageable.
