A simpler way to pay for dental care

For a lot of families, dental insurance is more paperwork than help. The rules are hard to follow, and the insurance company decides what it will pay for. If you do not have dental insurance, or you pay for your family's dental care yourself, there is another way to do it at our office.

What the Virginia Dental Club is

Virginia Dental Club is a membership plan administered by Membersy LLC, not insurance. There is nothing to file, no waiting period, and no annual maximum.

What it costs

$279 a year for an individual, $259 a year for each additional member in the same household. No enrollment fee. Renews annually.

What membership includes

Your membership includes two cleanings, two routine exams, one problem-focused emergency exam, and your X-rays at no charge each membership year.

What is discounted, and what is not

Most other services are 20% off our standard fee, including fillings, crowns, root canals, dentures, implants and periodontal treatment.

Orthodontics including Invisalign, whitening and other elective cosmetic work are not part of the membership discount. Fluoride and sealants are discounted at 20%, not included.

Two rules worth knowing before you join

Membership cannot be combined with dental insurance or with any other office promotion or discounted service.

Anything beyond your routine visits is quoted in writing at member pricing before we start.

Who it tends to fit

Membership is built for people who pay for dental care themselves: families without dental insurance through work, people who are self-employed, retirees, and anyone who wants a clear yearly price for their routine visits. If you already have dental insurance that works well for you, keep using it.
