Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Hours may vary around major holidays — give us a call to confirm. (If you’re reading this and our posted hours have changed, please trust the times you see when you call us at 540-418-0825.)

• Online form. Use our book online page anytime — our scheduling coordinator will reach out to confirm a real time.
• In person. Stop by 563 James Madison Hwy #102 — we’ll fit you in or schedule you while you’re there.

Same-week and same-day appointments

We hold time every day for emergency cases. If you’re in pain or have an urgent dental issue, please tell us when you call — we’ll do everything we can to see you the same day. New patient exams typically schedule within a week or two.

What we’ll need when you book

• Your name, date of birth, and contact info
• Insurance information, if applicable
• The reason for your visit (cleaning, pain, consult, etc.)
• Any preferences — time of day, specific provider, language

Family scheduling

Bringing the whole family? Tell us — we can often schedule siblings or partners back-to-back to save you trips. For school-age kids, we book mornings and after-school slots carefully so you’re not waiting around.

Confirmation and reminders

You’ll get a confirmation when your appointment is booked, and a reminder a day or two before by text or email (your choice). Need to reschedule? Just let us know — 24 hours’ notice helps us offer the slot to another patient.
