Implants for Multiple Teeth
Replace several teeth
without a denture.
Two or three implants can support a fixed bridge that replaces several missing teeth in a row — with the comfort and confidence of teeth that don’t come out.
How an implant bridge works
When you’re missing two, three, or four teeth in a row, you don’t need an implant for every gap. Two strategically placed implants can support a bridge of three or four crowns — restoring a full row of teeth with fewer surgeries and lower overall cost than replacing each one individually.
Why this beats a removable partial
- Stays in place 24/7. No taking it out, no adhesives, no slipping while eating.
- Preserves jawbone. Implants stimulate the bone the way natural roots do — partial dentures don’t.
- Doesn’t damage other teeth. Unlike a traditional bridge, no neighboring teeth are shaped down for support.
- Looks and chews like real teeth. Most patients forget they have it.
What planning involves
Dr. Sanie starts with a 3D CBCT scan to evaluate bone density, nerve positions, and the best implant locations. We map the entire case digitally before any procedure begins — meaning fewer surprises and a more predictable outcome. If bone grafting is needed to support the implants, you’ll hear about it in plain terms upfront.
The treatment timeline
Implant placement is typically a single appointment. Healing and integration takes three to six months — during which you’ll wear a temporary so you’re never without a smile. Once the implants have integrated with the bone, your custom porcelain bridge is attached and shade-matched to your existing teeth.
Caring for your implant bridge
Brush and floss as you would natural teeth, with a special threader or water flosser to clean underneath the bridge. Routine cleanings and exams keep everything healthy. Properly cared for, an implant bridge can last decades.
Whole-arch options
Missing most or all teeth in an arch? Ask about All-on-4 implants — a way to replace an entire upper or lower arch with just four implants and a fixed bridge.
